Strawberry smoothies are a widely loved beverage, especially during summer time. There are many different verions of the recipe, some of which even require different fruits, such as a banana.
When I make a strawberry smoothie, I tend to use the mostt simple recipe which almost works with any fruit:
Servings: Roughly 2 glasses
Time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients:
Fresh strawwberries The number of strawberries you choose to use depends on how strong you want the strawberry taste to be. I use 1 packet.
1 cup of milk
46.5 grams of natural Greek yoghurt
4 ice cubes
1 tsp honey
Method:
Place ingredientts in blender
Blend until smooth and even in texture and colour Water may need to be added to make smoothie less thick.
